Got to hill head around 10:30, seemed very windy so put up the 9m waroo and went out. Died pretty much as soon as i got on the water. Stuggled for 20 minutes in the big swell, kept shooting off downwind so went in. Put up the 13m, and while i was pumping that up, the wind seemed to really pick up again ! Went out on the 9m again, which was much better second time round, but wind dropped again.

Swtiched to the 13m and had the best hour of the day. running on a half a mile stretch, shooting down the swell that was rolling in, which was alot of fun. Wind then died again ! and was drifting downwind to some groynes so called it a day.

Bit of a weird one, with conditions all over the place, but the best session this year. Took a while to pack up though and dinked one of the fins on my new board ! nightmare !!
